Dinner’s done and the only thing more stuffed than the bird is you. Now the question becomes: What to do with all those leftovers? While many say simple reheating is all that’s necessary to have a “day after” feast, others have elaborate recipes for turning Thanksgiving leftovers into gourmet delights. From savory turkey soups to sinfully delicious pot pies and mile-high sandwiches, everyone has their own ideas on what to do with what’s leftover. The Food Network even has an entire recipe collection dedicated to the topic. We’d prefer to hear from you! What are your favorite Thanksgiving leftover recipes? Share them in the comments section or upload them as an announcement.

Patch is here to help rescue you and your Thanksgiving meal.
It's Thanksgiving and you're on the verge of crisis! We rounded up some useful information to help get you through the day and have a fantastic meal: "Help! I don't know how long to cook the turkey!" For a 10-18 pound bird, Butterball recommends cooking it for 3 to 3 1/2 hours for an unstuffed bird. Add another 45 minutes to an hour if you like to cook yours with the stuffing inside. Visit Butterball's website to find answers to more questions or call their hotline at 1-800-BUTTERBALL (800-288-8372). "Help! I forgot a key ingredient!" Many grocery stores like Kroger and Publix will be open until Thursday afternoon, and some will even be open regular hours. “Help! My mashed potatoes are a mess!” Try to soften them up by adding milk or …
What my kids have taught me about gratitude.
It's that time of year again where I reflect on all the things that I am grateful for. Being a parent has helped me to not take things for granted and to appreciate many simple moments in life. Here is a list of the top 10 things that I've learned to be thankful for since I became a mother. 1. The value of a good night's sleep. Seriously, I had never known true exhaustion until I became a parent. Now that my children sleep soundly through the night, I thank my lucky stars for 8 hours of uninterrupted bliss. Without it, I turn into a crazy person. 2. A closed bathroom door. It's rare that I spend time powdering my nose without a child following me in there. Oh, but those moments that I do escape are so beautiful, even if both of my children…

Not in the mood to cook this Thanksgiving? Here are some selections of Thanksgiving dinner specials from local grocery stores and restaurants, including Publix, Chicken and the Egg, Magnolia Thomas Restaurant, Ted’s Montana Grill and Cracker Barrel.
This year, why don’t you consider a new Thanksgiving tradition? Save Mom from slaving over a hot stove for days and take her out! The very suggestion may create emphatic “Nos” from some; but on behalf of Moms everywhere, I am suggesting that for just one big holiday give Mom, as well as the rest of the family, an opportunity to be able to eat and enjoy. I’ll bet her level of gratitude would increase greatly and give her more energy to buy Christmas presents on Black Friday. Wink, wink. There are many tasty ways to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner without Mom’s help and still maintain important Southern cuisine traditions. Both Kroger and Publix offer complete family dinners unde $60.
