POLL: Should Apartment Complexes on Six Flags Drive Be Demolished?
The South Cobb Redevelopment has proposed demolishing three low-vacancy apartment complexes along Six Flags Drive.
It's no secret that the apartment complexes along Six Flags Drive are not in the best shape. Most of the apartment complexes there have high vacancy rates, and many of them have high crime rates as well. Tearing down the apartment complexes would help the area in a variety of ways. Yes, definitely. The area would gain a whole lot more then it would loose. They're filled with violence, drugs and crime. If there was a way to team up with six flags somehow I'm sure the possibilities are endless as to what you could replace them with. Hotels, shopping centers, and attractions.
