Chef Julie Ajoseh, of the Hilton Atlanta/Marietta Conference Center and Resort, prides herself on her ability to make a breakfast large enough to last two days for under $25. "It's very important to have breakfast. You should always be sure to have breakfast in the morning before work or school," says Ajoseh. Known for her omlettes, Ajoseh holds years of experience in the kitchen, doing everything from catering weddings to cooking for congress officials. Currently, Ajoseh has started the "Chef Julie's Cooking School," which holds classes every Monday and Thursday at the Ron Anderson Recreation Center in Powder Springs.
