Soul Food Cafe Offers Grandma's Cooking & Warmth for Reasonable Price

For customers wanting real home-cooking, Soul Food Cafe of Austell is the place.

Everything about Soul Food Cafe of Austell is designed to give customers an "at home" feeling from the decor, to the inquiries about the family and, of course, the hearty food. The décor of the restaurant is like many "Mom and Pop" restaurants. It looks like an actual kitchen at home. The tables are covered with American flag tablecloths, and they have regular fold up chairs for seating. No private booths with candlelit tables at this joint. R&B music is played in the background. Light friendly chatter can be heard amongst customers also enjoying their meals. Jonny Barber and Helen Hatten opened their restaurant, Soul Food Cafe of Austell, in January.
