"Out of Chaos, Hope:" Local Church Making a Difference in Austell Community
Austell Presbyerian Church has been making a difference in the community for close to 120 years.
For most of us reading this from the comfort of our homes, the thought of having nothing--no food, clothing, or shelter--seems almost unimaginable. But, that is exactly what faced two local families this past year. Fortunately, their plight didn't last long when Austell Presbyterian Church heard of the situation. The church banded together, donating personal resources and taking time off work, to help restore the homes and lives of the families. This may seem like a great sacrifice to some, but to the members of Austell Presbyterian Church, it's just business as usual.
