South Cobb Police Officers Bike 230 Miles for Fallen Officers
The two officers joined 1,500 other law enforcement officers from across the country in the Police Unity Tour, which ended at the National Law Enforcement Memorial in Washington, D.C.
Sgt. Jeff Perry and Capt. Jeff Adcock from South Cobb's Precinct 2 rode their bicycles for a total of 230 miles with 1,500 other law enforcement officers from across the country in the Police Unity Tour, held from May 10 to 12. The tour promotes awareness for law enforcement officers who have been killed in the line of duty and raises funds for the National Law Enforcement Memorial in Washington D.C. The two officers rode from Somerset, NJ to Washington D.C via Philadelphia, PA and Baltimore, MD. This year, the Police Unity Tour donated $1.65 million to the National Law Enforcement Memorial. Congratulations, Capt. Adcock and Sgt. Perry from South Cobb Patch!
