Green Room Martial Arts offers instruction in traditional and mixed-form martial arts, covering aspects of aikido, tae kwon do, hapkido, shudokan, karate and more. The studio maintains small class sizes that allow each student the opportunity for individual attention. Special classes are available to those working on improving sparring capabilities and preparing for martial arts tournaments. New students may enroll for free and may participate in two to three classes a week for an introductory rate of $40 a month.

CHICKS KICK BACK is a pre-teen girl - women self defense class where females are taught to hit an attacker hard and fast. This method lets the female escape to safety. Our class is based on the Nine Dragon principles of fighting, but also has elements of Kung Fu and Tai Chi mixed for self defense.

CHICKS FIGHT BACK self-defense for women and girls. This class will start Sept 6 at 5:15pm. This 45 minute class will run two days a week Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:15-6 starting on Sept. 6. Tuition is $45 per month, come ready to work out in sweats or comfortable clothing and we will discuss our uniform in class.
It is time for females to tell attackers that they will not stand for abuse any longer and that CHICKS FIGHT BACK!
