This business is extremely unprofessional. I booked a massage for my daughter and I, and requested that our massages are done together in the same room. Upon arrival, they had set us up in separate rooms, and the receptionist told me "well you asked for the $39.99 massage, you have to pay 10 more to be in the same room". Why not explain that when I booked the appointment? Since the rooms were already set up separately, I agreed to have them done anyway. Before the therapist began, I asked him if he minded me listening to my music with my earphones, and he became offended and said that he did mind, because he needed to hear me and I needed to hear him. I jokingly asked him what is there to hear, and he explained that he would be asking me questions throughout the massage and he wanted feedback from him. I explained to him that my goal of a massage is to relax and relieve stress, and therefore preferred very little communication, he then became upset and said that I could get another therapist and left the room. Because my daughter had already began I ended up waiting almost an hour (my daughter massage was not a full hour). Please avoid at all cost!
