Kids Invited to Candy Cane Hunt, Tea Party at Mable House
Candy hunt is Saturday, tea party is Sunday.
Families are invited to Cobb County Parks' Candy Cane Hunt at the Mable House on Saturday, Dec. 7.
Not only are the kids invited to hunt for 10,000 candy canes, but decorating cookies, roasting marshmallows and working on ginger bread houses will also be part of the fun.
The event is 10 a.m. to noon at 5239 Floyd Road, Mableton. For more information, call 770-528-8885.
Then, on Sunday, Mable's Tea Room is hosting The Mommy and Me Tea (dads, grandparents and friends are welcome, too.) Seating times are 12:30 and 2 p.m., and it costs $40 for a table for four, $60 for table of six, and $80 for table of eight. Make reservations by calling 770-819-3285.
