Elementary and Intermediate School Happenings

• - Tuesday, Open House, 6:30 p.m.
• - Thursday, PTA Making Connections night, 6:15 p.m.; Friday, Chick-fil-A biscuits for sale by the PTA, 7:15 a.m. until 7:50 a.m.
• - Beginning Monday - Sept. 16, BELIEVE fundraising event starts with sales of gifts and gift wrapping supplies.

• - Chick-fil-A biscuits will be on sale every Friday morning for $2.50. Fridays are “Spirit Days”, children do not have to wear uniforms on Fridays.
• -  Monday, SMART/SURF programs recognition in the media center, 8 a.m.; Tuesday, PTA Meeting/Open House; PTA meeting at 5:45 p.m., pizza is served at 6:15 p.m.; First session open house/curriculum meeting begins at  6:45 p.m. until 7:10 p.m., Second session open house/curriculum meeting begins at 7:15 p.m. until 7:40 p.m. in the gym and classrooms.

Middle School Happenings

• - Thursday, Open House, 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. in the auditorium; 8th grade meets at 7:15 p.m., 7th grade at 8 p.m. and 6th grade meets at 8:30 p.m.
• - Monday, Open House/Curriculum Night for all grades, 6 p.m.; August 30, parent school council election day, 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. in the front office, three parent positions are available.
• l -  Friday, student Fall picture day, students are to wear standard school attire, pictures are prepay only on the day the picture is taken, exact dollar amount is required as the school nor the photographer will be able to make change.
• - Tuesday, PTSA  open house and SES Fair, the fair starts at 6 p.m., open house starts at 6:30 p.m.
• - Friday, PTSA Membership Drive Celebration.

High School Happenings

• - Pebblebrook has posted their Driver’s Education class schedule, follow this link to see the days and times classes will be offered.
• - Monday and Tuesday, picture days for all students. Pictures are mandatory and will be used for student IDs. Seniors needing to take their yearbook pictures must contact their advisors immediately for remake photos scheduled for Monday through Wednesday. Thursday, Open House, 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.

Private School and Charter School Happenings

•  -  Until Tuesday, Fall SAT 10 testing. On Tuesday, “Prevent Now” meeting at the , 6:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m.
• Whitefield Academy - Monday, upper school Meet the Teacher Night, 6:30 p.m. until 9 p.m.; Tuesday, lower school Meet the Teacher Night, 7 p.m. until 9 p.m.; Friday, New Family Tailgate night, 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the lower school student activity center.
•  - Monday through Wednesday, eighth through 12th grade 2nd Annual Fall Retreat; Wednesday, sixth and seventh grades will be at Kennesaw Mountain.
