South Cobb High Participates in Safe Driving Event

South Cobb High was the first school to pilot the Safe America Transportation Academy, which now has participating schools from all over Metro Atlanta.

students, along with students from all over the Atlanta Metro area, are  attending the Safe America Transportation Academy’s, “Do It For Mom” event on May 5 at the Atlanta Motor Speedway. 

More than 5,000 students, parents and supporters are expected to attend the annual event aimed at keeping teen drivers safe. Featured will be Tia Norfleet, (pictured above) NASCAR driver, and other special guests.

South Cobb High was the first school to pilot the Safe America academy program, and graduated 100 percent of its students.
