Non-profit organizations know first hand the importance of developing, tracking and documenting program outcomes. Many funders don't even consider a proposal if a solid outcome measurement plan isn't built into the project plan.
This interactive workshop will provide tools for success in:
- Developing a solid outcome program model
- Understanding inputs, activities, outputs, indicators, indicators, targets and benchmarks
- Putting it all together in a framework to collect, measure and prove results
The workshop will be facilitated by Ginneh Baugh, Senior Director, Measurement and Knowledge Development of United Way of Metropolitan Atlanta.
