Readers in Agreement Regarding Advance Directives of Pregnant Women, Split on 'Gamification'

A majority of readers also shared the same opinion regarding self-driving cars.

States should not be allowed to invalidate the advance directives of pregnant women, according to 66 percent of Patch poll respondents (results as of Jan. 17). However, 26 percent of poll respondents believe the rights of the unborn child should outweigh the end of life wishes of the mother. Eight percent were undecided.

Readers were evenly split on the issue of "Gamification" in the workplace. Forty-six percent of poll respondents like the idea of motivating workers with video game-like incentives and 46 percent do not.
