South Cobb’s Commissioner Set for Town Hall
District Four's Lisa Cupid will host one next week, while District One's Helen Goreham is set to host her session later this week.
Two Cobb County commissioners are set to listen to residents at town hall meetings later this month.
South Cobb’s representative, Commissioner Lisa Cupid, will be holding a town hall meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 25, at the Ron Anderson Recreation Center in Powder Springs. Cupid represents the southwestern portion of Cobb, including the entirety of the county south of Macland Road.

Prior to next week’s town hall featuring the District Four commissioner, District One’s Helen Goreham will be holding one of her own this week, which will also be in Powder Springs. It will be held Thursday, Sept. 19, at the West Cobb Senior Center, 4915 Dallas Highway. The session is scheduled for 7 to 8:30 p.m.
Goreham serves northwest Cobb, with Macland Road serving as her district’s southern boundary.

Other District One town halls are scheduled for Oct. 17 and Nov. 21.
