Staff members smelled no foul odors or noticed any household garbage on the Bankhead site at 1490 Veterans Memorial Highway, but smelled a “pretty strong” odor wafting from the Stafford Trucking lot, which is a little more than a tenth of a mile away at 6375 Discovery Boulevard, Cobb Community Development Director Rob Hosack explained.

Code enforcement found several uncovered trucks filled with garbage parked on the Stafford property, which is permitted for use as an office and truck parking lot only.
