Woman Found Dead in Austell Mobile Home

Cobb County Police from Precinct Two responded to a 9:50 a.m. call. They found a dead woman on the scenet when they arrived to the home at Village Mobile Home Park on Six Flags Road.

Because the police are currently investigating the crime, few details have been released.

"The public need not fear that this is a random act," said Sgt. Dana Pierce, public information officer for the Cobb Police, who could not release the manner or cause of the woman's death due to the active investigation.

"We're looking for anybody that may have been associated with this crime," Pierce told South Cobb Patch.
