Police Charge Mableton Woman in Stabbing Death of Her Sister
Cobb police said the woman stabbed her sister in front of family members.
Cobb County Police are investigating the homicide of 21-year-old Kourtney Dyches of Mableton, who was stabbed repeatedly during an argument in front of family members on Monday around 11 p.m.
Officers from South Cobb’s Precinct 2, along with Cobb Fire personnel, arrived at a residence at 6909 Gallant Circle in Mableton after receiving a 911 call.
According to police, two sisters began arguing in the home in front of family members.

The suspect stabbed Dyches repeatedly until she died, police said.
Cobb Police arrested and charged 21-year-old Chakaya Folborg with aggravated assault and murder. Folberg is being held without bond at the Cobb County jail.

According to Officer Mike Bowman, spokesman for the Cobb Police Department, Folberg is Dyches' sister.
