Local police authorities are investigating a missing adult female with a severe diminished mental capacity who reportedly was coaxed into a stranger’s vehicle off Windy Hill Road early Saturday.
According to the Marietta Police Department Detective Division, at around 2:30 a.m., Camellia Serena Warren, a 43-year-old black female, had walked to the Shell Station at 2001 Windy Hill Road with her daughter.
While there, an unknown male coaxed Warren into a black older model Crown Victoria with a chrome grill, tan interior and sporty rims and left eastbound on Windy Hill Road towards Cobb Parkway. Based on witness testimonies at the scene it is believed at this time that the unknown male was not aware of Warren’s diminished mental capacity.
At 11 a.m. Saturday, Marietta police reported that the vehicle had been located, but Warren is still missing.

her way home. Her condition could be life threatening if dropped off outside
and left exposed to the elements.
Warren is described as a black female, standing 5-foot-2, weighing 130 pounds. She was last seen wearing a pink sweater, black pants, and a white or cream colored hooded jacket.
