Mattie's Call Issued for 77-Year-Old Woman

Earlier this afternoon, Cobb police issued a Mattie's Call for Gwendolyn Brown, 77 of Powder Springs.

Β Cobb County police and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation have issued a Mattie's Call for Gwendolyn Brown, a 77-year-old Powder Springs woman who went missing this morning.

Brown walked away from her home in the 4300 block of Defoors Farm Trail between midnight and 7 a.m. today. She is blind in one eye and suffers from dementia and high blood pressure. She also walks in a slumped-over manner.

Police said she is likely on foot. She was last seen wearing a white short-sleeve top, gray jogging pants with an aqua stripe, and black, open-heel, leather loafers.

She has brown eyes and gray hair and is 5' 6" and 170 pounds.

Police ask that if you see Brown or have any information about her location, call 911.
