Mableton Man Allegedly Punched, Threw Girl, 13

He was arrested Thursday.

A 13-year-old girl complained of pain and bleeding from her right ear after a Mableton man allegedly grabbed, punched, pushed and threw her.

The incident occurred in front of a 9-year-old girl and an 8-year-old boy around 6:30 a.m. April 3 inside a residence in the 590 block of South Gordon Road.

According to a Cobb County criminal warrant, Serafin Diaz allegedly grabbed the girl by her hair; struck her in the face with his closed fist and open hand; placed his hands around her neck; threw her out of her bedroom; and pushed her into a hallway wall.
