Some of our neighborhoods have seen a 40 to 60 percent reduction in their annual crime rate.Β

Why does it work?

It works because alert residents within the community have been trained to recognize and are willing to report any suspicious activity to the police.

The recommended hours to actively watch for criminal activity are:

  • during school bus pick-up and drop-off times,
  • during the mornings and afternoons when neighbors are away at work
  • and from 1 a.m. to 4 a.m.
