Warrants were issued March 14 for four gang members in connection with a robbery at Pebblebrook High.
In Cobb County criminal warrants, authorities said Kemonta Deandre Bonds, Devin DeSean Harrison, Michael Anthony Joseph and Kendric Tremaine Simmons went to the Mableton campus "to rob a student of his cell phone."
All are "documented" members of of the Re-Up gang, according to the Cobb Anti Gang Enforcement Unit.
As three of the suspects "stood in close proximity to the victim, making the victim feel intimidated," another approached the Pebblebrook student, "asked to use his phone" and ran off with it, records show.
Harrison was arrested Friday, according to online jail records. The Austell resident remains in the Cobb County jail in lieu of $25,000 bond on charges of robbery, criminal trespass and unlawful for person employed by/associated with a criminal street gang to conduct/participate in criminal activity.
"The others are not in custody yet," said Nancy Bodiford, the spokeswoman for the Cobb County Sheriff's Office. "Their warrants are still active."
