Cobb Police Search For Missing Mother And Baby

Both missing after giving birth in Austell hotel room

Cobb County police are searching for a woman and her newborn who went missing Saturday in Austell, shortly after she gave birth in a hotel room.

Police say Holly Daenette Parker-Heard, 27, was last heard from at the Austell Inn and Suites on Riverside Parkway in Austell.

She was with several as-yet unidentified people.

Police believe she gave birth in a hotel room but neither have been seen since.

Investigators don't think she nor her baby have received medical attention since the birth.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Parker-Heard or her infant daughter is urged to call 9-1-1 or Cobb County police at 770-499-3911.
