Cobb Officer Involved in Second Austell Car Accident of the Night
Not long after an accident on Clay Road occurred, a Cobb police officer hit another car on Austell Road.
At the same time that Cobb police and fire personnel were working to clear a car accident that occurred around 9:45 p.m. at the 1500 block of Clay Road, a Cobb police officer hit another car on Austell Road.
The officer sustained no injuries, but the occupant of the other car suffered a broken arm and minor head injuries, said Sgt. Dana Pierce of the Cobb Police Department.
The officer said the car pulled out in front of him, Pierce said.
