Mr. Lynn Cameron Johnston, age 81 of Austell, passed away Friday, Dec. 23.

He was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Marietta. He graduated from Westminster Choir College with a degree in music performance and directing. He retired from Georgia National Guard as a Personnel Management Specialist after 36 years.

He is survived by his son, James Earnest Johnston; brother, Philip Johnston; three grandchildren and four great grandchildren. A memorial service honoring his life will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 28 at 11 a.m. at the Village Center at Presbyterian Village in Austell. Burial will also be on Wednesday at 3 p.m. at Hoschton City Cemetery, in Hoschton, GA. Arrangements are with in Austell.

Mr. Joseph Daniel Stahl Sr., age 71 of Mableton, passed away Dec. 18. He is survived by his daughter, Lesa McLeod of Newnan; son, Michael Stahl of Mableton and six grandchildren. A memorial service was held Friday, Dec. 23 at Mt. Paran Church.

Faith Eloise Baxter Holcomb, age 64 of Lithia Springs, died Dec. 25, at Wellstar Cobb Hospital. She is survived by her daughter, Andrea Faith and William Crews of Lithia Springs; sons, James Roy Holcomb Sr. of Alabama, Andrew Nathan and Sharon Holcomb Jr. of Kentucky; grandchildren, Misty Dawn Thompson, James Ray Holcomb Jr., Corey Wayne Holcomb, Zane Wilkins, Mikael Andrew Holcomb, Richard Andrew Holcomb, William Kristopher Crews, Austin Matthew Lee Crews and Wesley Raymond Holcomb; great granddaughter, Karalyne Holcomb and several nieces and nephews.

Holcomb worked at Home Depot Store Support Center for 17 years. She was born on Dec. 28, 1946 to the late Ricahrd Allen Baxter and Audrey Martha Scott Baxter in Atlanta.

Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. at on Wednesday, Dec. 28 with Revs. Dwight Holcomb and Snowball Holcomb officiating; interment at Mozley Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
