Meghan Leigh Foiles, 18, formerly with ties to Fayette, Troup, Upson and Lamar counties, passed away April 5 at her home in Austell.
With her salvation, her assurance in Heaven is secure. Meghan never met a stranger, and made everyone feel special.

She is survived by her parents, Roland and Danna Foiles of Thomaston; birth-mother, Angela Downs of Austell; and a myriad of loving relatives and special friends.
