The Cobb Cobb County School board announced at school board meeting the following update to two schools in the South Cobb area.
Mrs. Althea Singletary who was the principal at Riverside Intermediate School in Mableton Georgia will be reassigned to Varner Elementary school.
Mrs. Teresa Floyd will be the new principal at Riverside Intermediate School
Mr. Mitchel "Mike" Bivins will be retiring on September 1st, 2014. A replacement have not been named.
We appreciate Mrs. Singletary and Mr. Bivins for their leadership and suppport in the South Cobb area.
