Thanks for your Support...We're Almost There!!

Lisa Cupid, runoff contender for Cobb County Commissioner of District 4, thanks you for your support and asks for it once again in the Democratic party runoff on Tuesday, August 21.

My heart is overflowing with gratitude for your many prayers, your helpfulness in telling others about me, your hours of dedication calling supporters and knocking on doors, your donations and most critically your support for me at the polls.

Polling numbers show that out of 6 contenders, I received 40% of the vote on Tuesday. The incumbent received 27% of the vote. The other four candidates received 12, 11, 7, and 3% of the vote.

Because I did not get over 50% of the vote on Tuesday, the incumbent and I are now in a runoff. The runoff will be held on Tuesday, August 21 from 7am to 7pm.
