If you are reading this blog and have already voted in this year’s election primary, thank you for fulfilling your civic duty!

If you look at Southwest Cobb’s election history you will see we have the smallest voter registration numbers compared to Cobb’s 3 other county districts. More research will reveal primary election participation numbers that are dismal.

Let’s not let voter inactivity be the reason some of our communities remain overlooked.

The power to change our destiny is literally in our hands…at the voting booth!

We must vote to hold leadership accountable and to support persons that are committed to moving our area forward.

I humbly yet emphatically ask for your support today in the Democratic primary to move Southwest Cobb forward.

I have been here for 10 years wanting, like you, for our area to finally reflect the needs, desires and hopes of persons who have invested themselves here.

We have too many who are actively serving here, working here, and raising families here to not have engaged leadership that takes our concerns to heart.

Thank you and I look forward to joining you today at the polls!!!
