Get Out and Vote for our Families, Our Communities, and our Future!

Lisa Cupid, Candidate for County Commissioner, asks readers to get back out and vote this week or on Tuesday, August 21.

Fellow readers,

I am thrilled by the support I received in the primary election for County Commissioner of District 4 on July 31.

Out of six competitors, I received 40% of votes, and the current commissioner who has served for 12 of the past 16 years received 27% of votes. He and I are now in a runoff.

I absolutely need for you to go back out to the polls and vote in the Democratic primary runoff either this week in early voting or on Tuesday, August 21 at your normal polling location.

We simply cannot afford for another 4 years to go by watching our part of the county go underserved compared to other areas in Cobb

The power to improve South Cobb's outlook is in your hands.

YOU must vote.

Your individual vote always has and will indeed count.

Please do not let inactivity, inconvenience, or dismay keep you from doing your part or from encouraging your neighbors, family, and friends from doing theirs.

Our families, our communities, and our future are at stake.

I look forward to celebrating with you on August 21 as we change the course of South Cobb for ALL residents of the district.

In humblest regard,

Lisa Cupid
