Do You Know About the Coolest Real Estate Resource EVER?!

Here's how to get quick, up to the minute info and stats on the real estate market in your exact location. You can do it in your PJs and you don't even have to talk to an agent!

I’m pretty excited about a new resource for local real estate information. This really cool resource offers area specific video market updates. Updated monthly, it tells you the information you actually want to know about what’s going on in your area like how many homes were for sale last month and what they sold for.

I welcome you to give it a try. You can click here for the latest real estate market update for Smyrna. You may also view video reports for West Cobb or East Cobb, Roswell, Marietta, Vinings and many other markets in the metro area.

Thanks to an exclusive partnership with the New Movers Network, I also have a new digital magazine that provides the most comprehensive resource for community and school information. It really is quite impressive and informative- even if you’re not looking to buy or sell!

It covers 32 counties and 110 local cities. It even covers areas that are not designated as a city or county, like Buckhead, Vinings, North Fulton, Lake Lanier or East Cobb. There really is no other source I’ve come across in all my years as a Realtor that provides such a comprehensive amount of information for the greater Metro Atlanta area!

There are some really great articles about living in our communities. For example, the article “Living in Atlanta” tells the history of how Atlanta got its name. That was something I didn’t know! Plus, if you have kids who need to research our local communities, the magazine is a great resource. But be warned… once they start reading the articles, it might be hard to stop!

This is a great resource for potential buyers. There are links to search homes in any of the local communities. You can even organize a search by school district. New Movers provides information on 54 school systems. That includes every elementary school, middle school, high school, private school and charter school plus all the local colleges and universities.

Please contact me at John@PetersenPartners.com with any questions regarding your real estate needs. I am happy to help you understand the real facts in your area.

Hi John! Great job with the blog. You may be interested in attending the local stats presentation next week at La Font Theatre in Sandy Springs. If so, let me know and I will send you the information. Jennifer Greenway jennifergreenway@kw.com
