Cobb Sheriff Neil Warren Speaks at Austell Fellowship Luncheon

Being employed in the Cobb County Sheriff's Department in a variety of roles since 1977, Sheriff Warren has serve law enforcement in Cobb County faithfully starting out as a Deputy Sheriff and working his way through the ranks as Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain, Chief Investigator, Chief Deputy, and eventually being elected to the highest office--Sheriff.  Mr. Warren has a B.S. Degree in Criminal Justice, attended the Federal Bureau of Investigation Academy, The Georgia Bureau of Investigation Academy, and Cobb County Police Academy, to name just a few.

Mr. Warren serves on a number of national, regional and state boards including the National Sheriff's Association, the Georgia Sheriff's Association, and The Georgia Peace Officer's Association, and the FBI National Academy Association.  Sheriff Warren is also a vigorous participant in civic organizations including The North Georgia State Fair, Leadership Cobb Alumni Association, Cobb County Chamber of Commerce, Scottish Rite and Shrine, and so much more.

Sheriff Warren and his wife, Penny, attend Roswell Street Baptist Church in Marietta.  They have two children.
