We Fight BOLD™ Breast Cancer Fundraiser & FIREWORKS

Admission is free to one of Cobb County's largest and most spectacular
Firework's Displays, which will fund mammograms through the WellStar
Foundation.

A local church is hosting a weekend event to raise funds for mammograms, while bringing awareness that early detection, including self breast exams, is the key to breast cancer survival. Proceeds to benefit the WellStar Foundation.

On September 28, East-West Church will host the Annual Miles for Mammograms® Walk/Run at 8:30am.  At noon, the famous CullWhite Bar-B-Que is being served and the Miles for Mammograms® Poker Run begins.

Starting at 4pm, there will be carnival rides for children, vendors, live music, motorcycle burn out shows and the ability to ride a real Harley thanks to Earl-Small's Harley-Davidson unique Jump Start set-up.

Afterdark, the skies will light up with one of Cobb County's largest and most spectacular Firework's Displays, all to raise awareness of early detection and fund mammograms and genetic risk assessment through WellStar.

Visitors to the Fireworks show are admitted for free. Registration for Miles for Mammograms® is $25 per person and available online.  Miles for Mammograms® Mardi Gras Beads & Special Edition Medallion only available to the first 200 registered attendees.

On September 29, 11:00am join East-West Church for the 8th Annual Worship in Pink® service. A service dedicated to remembering those who have lost their battle with breast cancer, supporting those who are fighting, and celebrate with those who are victorious. Show your support by wearing pink!

Proceeds from the events will be used by the Foundation of WellStar to fund mammograms and genetic risk assessment for low income and under-insured women in our area.
