MIC Town Hall Meeting - Public Safety and Code Enforcement

In partnership with
Commissioner Lisa Cupid, MIC is hosting a Town Hall Meeting on Wednesday,
February 5th at 7pm at the South Cobb Regional Library at 805 Clay Road in
Mableton. The focus of the meeting will be public safety and code
enforcement and officials from the Police Department and Community Development
will be on hand to discuss these topics and answer questions.  Crime
and code enforcement are concerns for communities everywhere and Mableton is no
exception. Police Captain Jeff Adcock will provide information about the
current situation and about steps the public can take to help improve our
public safety. The Code Enforcement staff is responsible for enforcing the
county's ordinances in many areas, including junk cars, outside storage, signs,
trash, and compliance with zoning requirements.
