Gourmet Campfire Cooking

Just because you’re camping out, it doesn’t mean you must compromise on a delicious meal.  Come explore the world of outdoor cooking.  Experience the smell of local veggies and pastured meats cooking over an open flame.  Learn what travels well and how to pack efficiently.  In the class we’ll build a campfire and demonstrate several dishes that will keep you nourished for a full day of hiking and exploring.

**** PLEASE NOTE: There is very limited parking at the Land Trust. Please respect the Lake Claire neighbors by parking at least a block away and walking. Lot parking is also available at Clifton Sanctuary, 369 Connecticut Ave NE (McLendon & Connecticut).
