UGA/COBB COUNTY COOPERATIVE EXTENSION will be offering a hands-on canning class at our office on July 31, 2013. We will be learning how to use a Pressure Canner for preserving our low acid vegetables, soups and meat products. Pre-registration is required. The cost is $10.00 per class and must be remitted by July 26th in order to reserve your place in class.
