Warrant: Man Admits to Austell Rape in Facebook Message
He also sent photos of his male organ to the girl, police said.
A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a man who police said admitted in a Facebook conversation with a 15-year-old girl that he raped her between the ages of 7 and 8 years old.
The alleged rape occurred between Dec. 6, 2004, and Dec. 6, 2005, at the Green Acres Mobile Home Estates on Cardell Road, according to the warrant, which was issued on July 12.
During the same online conversation, Cobb police said the suspect, identified as Daniel T. Saltzgiver of St. Charles, Mo., allegedly sent 11 pictures of his penis to the girl.
Saltzgiver faces charges of rape, child molestation and furnishing obscene materials to a minor electronically.
