Free Storytelling Festival Features Family Fun

Activities include story telling, hayrides, music, children's craft projects, blacksmith, weaver, puppet shoes, panning for gold, old fashion games, a petting zoo and pony rides.

Families are invited to enjoy fun adventures in history at the Storytelling Festival at the Mable House Historic Grounds, 5239 Floyd Road, Mableton. There will be stories and activities for all ages at this free event 11 a.m.-4 p.m., Saturday.

Activities include story telling, hayrides, music, children's craft projects, blacksmith, weaver, puppet shoes, panning for gold, old fashion games, a petting zoo and pony rides. Featured storytellers include Josie Bailey, Barry Stewart Mann and Tom Milley.
