Breakfast with Chef Julie: Vegetable Omelette
Chef Julie Ajoseh gives a lesson on how to make a cheap, fast and delicious breakfast for a large family
Chef Julie Ajoseh, of the Hilton Atlanta/Marietta Conference Center and Resort, prides herself on her ability to make a breakfast large enough to last two days for under $25.
"It's very important to have breakfast. You should always be sure to have breakfast in the morning before work or school," says Ajoseh.
Known for her omlettes, Ajoseh holds years of experience in the kitchen, doing everything from catering weddings to cooking for congress officials.
Currently, Ajoseh has started the "Chef Julie's Cooking School," which holds classes every Monday and Thursday at the Ron Anderson Recreation Center in Powder Springs.

According to her website, Ajoseh's passion for teaching and sharing her cooking skills is tied to her strong belief in the importance of the "family table."
"I want to encourage all youth and parents to take the time to have dinner at the table, it keeps the children secure to know that they have a surrounding of people who love and care for them."

Registration and enrollment for Chef Julie's Cooking School is $7.00 per class and an additional $3.00 per plate of food after class.
