The home must be in Mableton or in the South Cobb area for this particular event.
Must be available for purchase
Must be marketable, have a good location and be show ready for the event*
Must be available to be open on a Sunday in March or April from 12 noon-6 pm.
Should have ample street parking available
Listed with us for sale prior to the event
