Who's Got the Best Chili in South Cobb?

One Mableton business organization intends to find out with its first annual chili cook-off event on Oct. 15.

The will hold its first annual Chili Cook-off event at on Oct. 15 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

MBE President Deborah Flanagan is still registering vendors for the event. Tables for vendors or for those competing are $50.

The entrance fee on the day of the event is $5 and $20 for families.

Businesses or organizations offering door prizes will have one minute each to introduce their products or services to the crowd.

Applications can be obtained and turned in at Mexico Lindo. They must be received no later than Friday.
