Wellstar Health System is looking for a tranquility hospice RN PRN for its :

Required Minimum Education:

Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing; current licensure as a registered professional nurse in the State of Georgia; Baccalaureate degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing preferred; national certification in area of specialty preferred.

Required certifications:
Must have current BLS 

Required Minimum Experience: (1) year medical/surgical nursing practice in an oncology or hospice environment preferred as a Registered Nurse.  2 + years direct Hospice experience highly preferred. Inpatient, Outpatient, and Home Care Hospice experience accepted.

Required Skills:  Ability to read, write and speak the English language; Strong customer service and interpersonal skills; Inter- and intra-departmental coordination of patient care activities; Delegation skills required; Ability to multi-task essential; Ability to function in stressful and emergency situations essential; Strong detail orientation required; Computer skills required; Personal time management skills are required; Compliance with the American Nurses' Association Code of Ethics for Professional Nurses is required; Demonstrates knowledge of and practices within parameters outlined in Georgia Registered Professional Nurse Practice Act.
