READing Paws

Children who are reading independently may register with the library to read to a dog.

READing Paws programs are available throughout the Cobb County libraries. This is a one-on-one story time and children participating read to a trained dog for 15-minute sessions that are monitored by a dog handler.

Dogs are registered, tested and insured therapy animals.
