Sure, Thanksgiving is a time to be with family and friends. It's a time to chow down on turkey, ham, cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie. However, it's also a time to be with family, ALL your family. It's a time when you chow down on LOTS of turkey, ham, cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie. It always feels good as you take that next bite, but it feels awful once you step onto the scale.
