Paper or Electronic: What Kind of Books Are You Reading?

Last year, the book sales generated more than $80,000. This year, the group hopes to raise over $100,000 to purchase additional materials, including e-books.

The Friends of the Cobb County Public Library System’s semi-annual book sale will be held Oct. 12 and 13 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and October 14 from 1 to 5 p.m. in Exhibit Halls A & B at Jim R. Miller Park.

Donated items for the book sale include soft-cover and hard-back books, magazines, textbooks, DVD and VHS movies, and also children’s books.
