ANNUAL PARENTS PALOOZA EVENT
Where/When: Parents Palooza at the Feb. 26, 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.; Feb. 27, 11 a.m. until 5 p.m.
Why Go: Hundreds of fun kids activities as well as educational events regarding children’s health, education, entertainment and more. There will also be prizes, money saving coupons and a variety of giveaways. Fun for the entire family.
Pricing: Adult tickets are $10 in advance or $12 the day of the event; children’s tickets are $5 in advance or $6 the day of the event; children 5 and younger are admitted free. Patch will be there! Make sure to stop by the booth and say hi! You may win a prize!
ART CLASSES FOR KIDS AND MOMS
Where/When: Art Ala Carte, 4451 Atlanta Rd. Smyrna. Every Tues, 9 a.m. until 11 a.m.; Every Mon and Wed, 3:30 p.m. until 5:30 p.m.
Why Go: Creative painting classes for moms and tots on Tues.; kids painting classes on Mon and Wed. Talented instructors help you create paint on canvass creations with a new theme for each class. Other classes for adults are also offered.
Pricing: $25 each for mom’s and tot’s class; $20 per child for kid’s classes. All needed materials are provided with fee.
BLACK HISTORY MONTH BINGO FOR FAMILIES
Where/When: , Feb 24, 4 p.m. until 5 p.m.
Why Go: Bingo fun for the entire family while learning about places, dates and people from black history. Unlike traditional bingo with numbers, kids have to match historical events on their cards. Prizes will also be awarded.

Where/When: now through March 1, 2011.
Why Go: Crispy brown goodness covered in syrup. How can you resist. One waffle per customer.
