Cobb County residents have access to a number of services, such as the meeting space for events for a $40 refundable deposit. They can also renew their tags,  pay their property taxes, register businesses, pay their county water bills and get county information.

This facility also houses Police Precinct 2, where residents can obtain arrest and incident reports and Fire Station 22. The building was created in an effort of "bringing service closer," according to the facility's tagline.
