Today's Focus: Relationships

As believers, we must learn to trust God's sovereignty in every aspect of our lives, including relationships. If we learn to yield this area to Him, it will make it easier to navigate relational choices. It is important to recognize that relationships are for a reason and a season; not every relationship is meant to last a lifetime. For many people this concept is difficult to accept. When Moses died, Israel grieved their leader's death. Yet, God commanded them to move forward by appointing Joshua their new commander. "Moses My Servant is dead. Now therefore arise, go...as I was with Moses, so I will be with you" (Jos. 1:2; 5). Consequently, when old relationships die, do not spend your life building a monument to them. Trust God and embrace the opportunity to begin anew!

Today's Thought: When old relationships die, look to God to begin anew!

You must pray, claiming God’s promises over your children. Are such prayers effective? Yes. God says, “I am ready to perform My word” (Jer 1:12 NKJV). Dear Ms Dorsey,
I read your comments and appreciate your love for God as I am also a born-again Christian, but let me tell you something I am also dealing with the Courts everyday and the general attitude of courts, judges, district attorney's, probation officers, sheriff's deputies, it is best to keep it to yourself.
