2012 Sales for Atlanta’s Fourth Largest Builder Prompts New Home Construction

Atlanta’s fourth largest builder, The Providence Group of Georgia, LLC, has seen success at many of its metro Atlanta communities in 2012, prompting the need for new home construction. In fact, the homebuilder currently has more than 75 homes under construction at many of its communities, and will soon offer even more new homes at several of its up-and-coming communities.

“Through economic ups and downs, we are proud that we have survived and have the ability to offer new home construction in some many key Atlanta locations,” said Warren Jolly, president of The Providence Group. “We are pleased to offer so many opportunities for our homebuyers, with new homes priced from the mid-$100,000s to the $500,000s in over 15 communities.”

The builder currently offers new construction at 16 metro Atlanta neighborhoods that boast amazing lifestyles with extensive amenities packages and low maintenance features including lawn maintenance on single family and townhomes.

The builder is breaking ground or has new single family and townhomes under construction at many if its communities. Its new single family home construction includes seven homes at Jamestown in Alpharetta, eight at Crabapple Crossroads in Milton and five at Woodbridge Crossing in Smyrna. There are also several townhome buildings under construction including two townhome buildings at Abberley Towneship in Johns Creek and a seven-unit building at The Park at LaVista Walk in Atlanta.

Communities with both single family and townhome construction include Three Bridges in Suwanee with15 new homes and 18 homes, including a new single family model home at Highlands of Sandy Springs in Sandy Springs.

In addition to the new construction in its established communities, The Providence Group will soon begin construction in several new communities, adding to its expansive offerings. Up-and-coming communities will have new homes available this summer and fall, and include single family homes at Chamdun Place in Atlanta, Vinings Orchard in Vinings and Bethany Commons in Alpharetta, as well as new townhomes at New Haven Walk in Roswell.
